They&#8217;ve decided to have a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reportonbusiness.com\/servlet\/story\/RTGAM.20081124.wtdshares1124\/BNStory\/Business\/home\">share issue to top up their capital levels<\/a>, which is not news that I wanted to hear.
